friends and ex's dont mix well

why do you still like me.
why do you have to like me.
why cant you like someone else.
and i dont want you hurting yourself becuse of me.
cant we just be friends without one of us liking another.
why are we so complicated.
I just wanted us to be friends again.
it sort of worked.
but also didnt work.
i dont want this to be true.
i dont need this.
well I guess the chliche is true.....................ex's cant be friends but that doesnt mean i wont stop trying to be.
